The Duck March at The Peabody Hotel will tickle all ages. For more than 75 years, the Peabody Ducks have been escorted daily from the Royal Duck Palace on the hotel's roof to an elevator especially reserved for them. This event is filled with pomp and circumstance as the five Mallards, one drake and four hens emerge from their elevator to the music of John Philip Sousa's King Cotton March. Strutting along the red carpet laid out just for them, they make their way to the fountain, where they stay until 5 pm, when they ceremoniously return to their penthouse palace.
